Panama.- In Panama, women outnumber men in the percentage of people saving in private pension plans, said Luigi Angel Jimenez a consultant in Capital Markets.

The number of savers in private retirement plans in 2015 will range between 66,000 and 67,000 people and of this total 54% are women and the remaining 46% men, indicate Jiménez, who participated in the First Meeting of Financial Update noted developed in Chiriqui.

“The mentality of the female gender, with more conservative and meticulous qualities versus masculine, more aggressive and expect a faster return can influence these statistics",  said Jiménez.
