President Juan Manuel Santos, announced the creation of three major projects that aim to encourage the employment of young graduates who, for lack of experience, are not contracted easily.
The president said that employment is a priority for his administration, so that already the first program called '40 thousand first jobs', which is basically a partnership with private companies to receive young graduates on their payrolls.
