Dell Panama leads, for the second consecutive year, the ranking of the best companies to work with more than thousand employees in Central America, followed, five steps below, for Caja de Ahorros, that also took the fifth place in the scale of the best companies from Central America to work.

This results are according of the study conducted by Great Place to Work (GPTW, for its acronym in English), Best Companies to Work For in Central America in 2015.

The list is based on an assessment of organizational climate in 130 companies from different sectors with operations in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama.
