Young people who want to work can not find jobs, and when they find it is precarious and unstable places, away from decent work standards promoted by the International Labour Organization (ILO).
The most recent study by the Andrés Bello Catholic University (UCAB, for its acronym in Spanish), National Youth Survey 2013 (Enjuve 2013-UCAB, for its acronym in Spanish) explores labor vulnerabilities of young people based on the quantitative study which interviewed 4,500 boys aged 15 and 29 years.
